Hotfix Error

• Resetting drop rate of Ousters Elemental stone
• Crushing Storm - The bug that heals slayer members constantly on the area is removed
• Holy Armor 2 - The bug that makes Holy Armor 2 inactive to party members has been fixed

Skill Adjustment

• Bless 2 - Improve the bonus amount slightly
• Bloody Skull - Improve the damage
